This website is operated by Tide Eyewear Company LLC ("Tide Eyewear," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We sell non-prescription (plano) polarized sunglasses. They are not safety or impact-rated eyewear, not a medical device, and must not be used to look directly at the sun or a solar eclipse. We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary. Frame measurements are listed on each product page.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Tide Eyewear and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tide Eyewear is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
