Shipping policy

Where orders ship from. Every order ships from our own warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We do not dropship.

Processing time. Orders are packed by hand and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time. Transit typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on orders over $120. Below that, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email contact@tideeyewear.com and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.
