Refund policy

30-day returns. You can return any Tide Eyewear order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

Condition. Frames must be unworn and sent back in their original case with the pouch and cloth.

How to start a return. Contact us through our contact form at tideeyewearcompany.com/pages/contact or email contact@tideeyewear.com with your order number. Returns are free: we will arrange collection from your door and send you the details.

Refunds. Once your return arrives at our warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Exchanges. Want a different frame or colorway? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we will help.
