Our delivery times are for orders within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., message us before you order and we'll let you know what's possible.
Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. We pack orders by hand at our own warehouse in Grand Rapids and hand them to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days in the U.S., and you'll get a tracking number as soon as your label is made.
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. The frames just need to be unworn and in their original case. Message us and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Every frame has three numbers: lens width, bridge width and temple length, in millimetres. Our fit guide shows how to read them and how to match a pair you already own. Name a frame and I'll tell you its size.
Every pair has polarized lenses that cut glare off water, snow and pavement, with UV400 protection that blocks 100% of UVA and UVB. They're non-prescription sunglasses.
Our frames are cellulose acetate, a plant-based material made from wood pulp and cotton. Each one is cut from sheet acetate and polished by hand, with five-barrel metal hinges set right into the frame so they keep their tension.
Every pair comes with a branded folding hard case, a matching microfiber pouch and a cleaning cloth.
Rinse them with cool water and dry with the included cloth. Skip alcohol, ammonia and household cleaners on the lenses, and don't leave them in a hot car or on the dashboard, since heat can warp acetate. Keep them in the case when you're not wearing them.
