Shipping & Returns

Every order ships from our own warehouse in Grand Rapids. Nothing is drop-shipped from a third party — your pair is already on our shelf when you order it.

Orders are picked, checked and packed by hand, then handed to the carrier within one to two business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as the label is created. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

We offer complimentary returns within thirty days of delivery, for any reason. Frames should be unworn and returned in their original case. Get in touch and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
